The Church of the Living God is the 7th Church within the 8 Churches in the family of Pastor Maggie Campbell. The first 6 churches were founded by Pastor Campbell's Great Grandfather, Reverend William Rush Plummer in Memphis, Tennessee.

 

The Church of the Living God was founded by Alvin and Maggie Campbell in Southern California. It is primarily a women's ministry and training institute for Women in Ministry Leadership. Men attend the programs and special events offered as well.

 

Pastor Maggie Campbell is the presiding Pastor of the Church of the Living God; Women in Ministry Leadership Training Institute and its affiliate churches and ministries in Memphis, Tennessee, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and New York, New York.

Pastor Maggie Campbell is a conservative Pastor. She was called to the office of Bishop on May 7, 2013, as Overseer of the Church of the Living God and its affiliate churches and Ministries.

 

Alvin Campbell and Pastor Maggie Campbell are also the West Coast Missionary Baptist Denomination Founders as well of the founders of the Church of the Living God.
